Governance
Watsonia Neighbourhood House is an incorporated association, governed by an elected committee responsible for planning, policy and employment decisions.
Good governance provides organisational leadership: it shapes the organisation's mission and values, and focuses on outcomes and sustainability. We use a set of organisational values and strategic objectives to guide decision making.

Annual reports
The Committee is accountable for how the House spends its money, in line with our financial management practices and funding agreements. Each year we produce an Annual Report including the annual financial statements, present it at the Annual General Meeting, and submit it to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
