The new path through the front garden
Greening Watsonia takes shape
The space at the front of the House is being transformed into a green community garden — paths, seating and plantings.
Work is well underway on our Greening Watsonia project.
Our vision is to turn the space at the front of Watsonia Neighbourhood House into a welcoming green community space and garden — somewhere for people to connect, relax and enjoy being outdoors.
Over the school holidays our landscapers, Jake and Dave, were busy preparing the site. Since then you’ll have seen the garden take shape, with new plantings, seating and spaces for the community to gather.
